To help realize the new vision, we conducted stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, and customer research audits and built an inspiring case for transforming how the firm conducted business. It worked to help change the perception of a traditional firm and pave the way for a merger to become the international powerhouse, Womble Bond Dickinson.
