My role as ECD for Focus Brands has included spearheading a unified creative vision to build the company's first-ever in-house ad agency displacing external agencies like Austin creative boutique, Preacher. The launch of Devour required reorganizing the Creative Services team, reconfiguring ways of working, and scaling best practices across brands, teams, and disciplines. To support this multinational conglomerate with over $5.5B in annual revenue, we continuously produce award-worthy creative work proven to drive business.

 

Devour’s work includes brand positioning, creative strategy, brand stewardship across all consumer touchpoints, and marketing campaigns integrated across paid, earned, and owned channels.

For over 20 years, I've led marketing campaigns and sales support programs for global brands, regional players, and ambitious startups. With an Art Director background, I've always been a player/coach partnering with teams on award-winning, fully- integrated, B2C, and B2B campaigns. I've done it at big agency networks like BBDO, and independent digital shops.

 

Fueled by a love for great ideas and the people who create them, the goal is to influence, inspire, and unleash the people and processes that make big things happen. I developed an inclusive ideation process to inspire innovation that gets cross-functional teams working in harmony. Called 3 Rooms, it breaks down silos, elevates morale, and quickly generates a ton of great ideas.
